Problem towing my Chevy Cruze

I am towing a 2012 Chevy Cruze behind a 38' motorhome with air brakes connected to the car. I am using a Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar.
After I make a sharp turn the car starts "bucking" like it has a flat tire or one of the hitch pins has come disconnected. When I stop and go back to check I can't find any thing wrong. If I continue on my way the car tows OK.
Does anyone have any clue of what is going on?

Are you exceeding the turning radius of the car and just dragging the front wheels sideways. A long rear overhang can aggravate the sharp turning radius.

Is the steering column locked, preventing the front wheels from turning?

How would I know if I am exceeding the turning radius of my car? If I am what could I do to shorten it. I have a 2" drop down bracket on my tow bar, if I take it off I could shorten the bar connection by app. 4 inches, I think I would be within the height restriction according to Blue Ox. I am sure my steering wheel is not locked.
I appreciate your input.

Take it to an empty parking lot and have a helper turn it as sharply as possible while you stand by and watch to see what's going on. Also make sure the coach and the car don't come in contact.

Disconnect the brake line and retry to see if the problem remains.
