Pulling a trailer behind your toad/motor home

We tow a Jeep Wrangler behind our MH and are looking at getting a golf cart to take with us. I am looking at a single wheel trailer, it does not pivot on a ball but tracks behind the Jeep. Do you, or have you seen this set up or have any other ideas. I have talked to some who tell me this is considered a hitch extension since it turns with the vehicle because it does not pivot like a trailer.

Are you thinking about a swivel wheel deck like :
The Idaho Tote?

The Cruiser Lift
The ultimate single wheel trailer system.

Or similar?

I am not sure of the swivel decks.. Personally I would consider them an extension of the vehicle they are attached to.

But towing doulble bottom with a motor home is going to get you in tribble in at least some states.

Also even with the swivel deck or a cargo carrier type attachment for the Jeep... Check out the maimum length laws.

With my 37'7" and a 1992 Chevy Lumina I was like 1' shy of the max. in the old days... but they keep increasing the max so I do not knwo what it is today.

The Idaho Tote is to expensive for my need I would like to keep it under $2000. There are other single wheel trailers that would work for me.
