Question about flat towing jeep trailhawk

Hi I have the blue Ox light diode kit installed and have a question about how to tow the Trailhawk with the turn and brake lights working. The light kit was recently installed by Camping World. If I follow the instructions it say's to turn off the ignition which I did and did not get any lights, I even tried in accessory position and got no lights. I have used a multi tester to test for continuity through the embolical cord and that checks. I have tested the embilical cord from the RV and received conformation that I got right and left turn signal also brake lights, but still no lights on the toad. I have talked to blue Ox Rep and she said to do what Jeeps owner manual said to do which is ignition switch off. Camping World to my surprise has not returned any of my calls yet😡!

So what position do I place ignition switch too?

Thanks,
Alan and Terry

Where is the umbilical tied into the Jeep? The diodes prevent back feed into the Jeep, but the signal from the RV should be traced through to the tail lights. Camping World charged you for an install, they should make it right.

BFlinn181 thanks for the reply. I plan on calling Camping World tomorrow already have left several messages for the Service manager. Also found out that the ignition should be in the off position.

Thanks I did find that out. If ignition is in either run or accessary it turns off after 30 seconds.
