Too bad you can't return it to Demco with your car attached so they could see the problem.

Other than the strap that is pictured on the car with a buckle towards the front, these are the other types of straps I have used. Describing what the tech guy said at demco the blue stehl straps are exactly what they are sending me. Maybe because they say Demco it will work. Ya think?

So just to let everyone know I am not incompetent about towing vehicles of any kind, I wouldn't just put something on or in a trailer that wasn't not only safe but arrived in top shape. Just a couple of toys I load when its time to have fun.

I assume you use the yellow straps with the hooks at the rear of tire, not the way they are in the picture. I don't use Demco straps and they work fine.

The picture was a reference only and in fact copied off ebay as the decal bottom right indicates. Mine I had to cut and throw away as they were of no use. But in reference to your question, yes it was in reverse.
