Ready Brake Brute versus Elite

First off... thanks for the education, been reading posts for a year.

The issue I have is it looks like the Ready Brake Elites are out of stock. In looking at the details of the two tow bars I don't see the difference. The WIFE and I have a trip planned in June and I need the parts soon.

So will I be makng a mistake with ordering the Ready Brake Brute?

Currie base plate already coming....

Fairly new to us 2000 American Eagle, 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 1day old...

Thanks
Ed

Who was you trying to order the Elite from? I bought mine from AdventureRV and I was very satisfied with the sales, shipping and service. Below is the link. It comes with everything you need.

Elite ReadyBrute RV Tow Bar 8000 lbs Aluminum Ready Brute - $809...

I would want the Elite. Which includes brake system. This makes tow bar-brake system shorter. If length back of MH is not a problem. Go for the tow bar and brake as separate parts.

X2 That would be my recommendation also. I love my ReadyBrute towbars and the ReadyBrake!
