Ready Brute Elite & Ready Brake - dealer installer in Palm Springs, CA area?
Hi everyone,
We are in the Palm Springs area for a couple weeks and are trying to find the NSA RV products, as well as a good professional installer.
Any recommendations?
Thanks!

MCP,
On NSAs website is a dealer map. I see there are some options shown for dealers and dealer installers.
Hope that helps.Tom

Try Bob Miller RV in Beaumont. They installed ours, but that was 7 years ago.

This is the reason I did not go with NSA. They have a very weak dealer network and don't seem to care when I talked to them

Well I dissagree with this comment because the product is great. The ready brute elite is an exellent and simple system I have used it for almost 5 years in several motorhomes and with no problems up to now. The installation is so simple that most buyers do it them selves.

Agree the product is a good product but their dealer network is not very good. So if you can't install it yourself you are out of luck in many major markets. They don't even have a dealer/installer in the Phoenix market which would seem to be a no brainer. When I called them their answer was " well we can't have dealers everywhere"

Just my opinion, but any tow bar/hitch shop thats worth their salt can install a Ready Brake tow bar system. Much simpler then any other vehicle installed Toad braking system (other than Brake Buddy box). I installed mine, had to drill one hole in fire wall.

I had the shop that does my normal maintenance - oil changes, etc. and repairs do the Ready Brake installation on my Jeep - any competent mechanic should be able to do it easily.

Yes you hit the nail on the head on your statement. Any professional hitch or winch shop can install a Ready Brake tow bar system.
How many hitch companies have a dealer in every city or town to install their hitches?
How many ceiling fan companies have a special dealer in every town to install their specific brand of fans.
A tow bar is a tow bar the reason your dealers dont want to do it is because itnis so easy and fast that they can't charge hundreds of dollars like they do on other brands. The bottom line is monney.
