Hi,

I have a ReadyBrake and I think it works VERY well. Much better than the electronic inertial braking systems.

My application is on a Jeep Cherokee with an aftermarket winch bumper. I don't think pix of my application will help you.

What is the issue you are trying to solve? Perhaps I can help. I have assisted the installation of the ReadyBrake on a Ford explorer and a Honda.

More information of your issue might help a lot.

@yeloduster

I have a Demco baseplate mounted in the lower grill area.

The grill is plastic and my mechanic fabbed a plate up to hold the loop and plastic bushing. However, this flexes the plastic grill a lot when you pull on the cable. I am thinking of making a mount that attaches in the center of that grill area but attaches to the steel bumper under the bumper cover. I don't want to drill into the actual bumper cover for esthetic reasons.

Just wondering what others have done.

Thanks
