Most trans pump enough fluid around at idle to lubercate the transmission, why not just let it idle you could not spend enough money on gas as it would cost for the drive shaft disconect or the add on trans pump.

I have one on my ford expedition with about 150,000 miles on it 50,000 of it being pulled. I bought a complete new drive shaft and kept the old one. I installed myself with not any problems.

I have been towing an 02 Mustang GT Convert using the Remco disconnect. No problems so far. Logged about 15 k miles.

UPS came by last night with Remco disconnect kit. Today its raining, Oh well!! I`ll start with install when weather gets better.
