Removing Base Plate on Honda

I have 2002 Honda V6 Accord with installed Falcon 5250 Roadmaster base plate. I am selling and need to know what is involved in getting it off the car. I saw a video on how to install one on a Civic and was pretty complicated but I had a 1991 Accord and taking it off was not that complicated.

Would like to talk to anyone who has installed or taken one off.

Bob

Roadmaster suggests it takes about 3 hours for an experienced installer to put it on. Enter your information on this page: Roadmaster Inc. - Tow Bars, Braking Systems & RV Accessories

It comes up with base plate 1545-1. Here are the install instructions, just read it backwards!

Thanks. Yes, appeared that was the case. It was put on by Camping World in 2002 and have been most pleased with the whole setup as I have had a single problem with hitch, wiring or lights. Guess I can check with them I see what they might charge to take it off. Best alternative is to sell the car to someone who needs a tow car or just leave it on when I trade it in.
