Roadmaster Brake Pro

I purchased a used brake pro and am curious about the compressor kicking on pretty often . Is this normal ? Every few minutes . I haven't checked for leaks yet but don't hear any. Thoughts ??? Thanks, Ken

We have the Roadmaster BrakeMaster on our RV. It cycles the pump when operating...can be often when in stop and go traffic.

But when disconnected from the toad it hardly ever runs the pump after initial pressurization.

I have a brake pro that the previous owner of my motorhome included when I bought it. I have a new Jeep I'm considering putting it in but have read some bad reviews - mainly related to battery drain. Is it worth fooling with?
There is a thread on here from 2 years ago talking about an air leak on the cylinder - that might be your issue as well. Sounded like parts were hard to find even then.
