Anyone else had problems with RoadMaster Customer Service?? I sent my EvenBrake in for repair/upgrade over 3 weeks ago and all I can find out is that they acknowledge receiving the unit. Calling doesn't provide any information and emails are not answered. For a $ 299 for repair cost, you'd think that you could at least get a status report.
Before I sent it in, I asked how long it would be in the shop for repair and was told about 1 week. My unit is 6 years old and has a real low serial number. Personally I think that they are slow rolling its repair because they have to replace too much to bring it up to date. If I had known that it was going to take this long, I would have considered other options.
