Roadmaster EZ Help needed

The 2003 Jeep Liberty Limited that we just purchased, appears to have Roadmaster EZ brackets. It looks like they use the 1" dia. front arms that twist lock in place. I don't have those and can't locate a place to buy them.
Do any of you know of a source for these? I didn't want to have to redo everything if I don't have to.

Thanks, Stephen
