Anyone ever use the Blue Ox RV Underskirt or the Protect-A-Tow device with a DP? Both devices get good reviews but looks like the rear down tailpipe of the pusher would melt the skirt. Wonder if anyone has modified the skirt for a pusher application?

I just bought and received my Blue Ox underskirt.

I contacted Blue Ox by e-mail and they informed me that so long as my exhaust exits out the side and not directly out of the rear it should work just fine. My exhaust exits about 1 1/2 to 2 feet and forward of the rear and to the left (drivers side).

I won't have time to install it before our first trip starting on Wednesday, but, I will report as soon as I do.

I've had one on for the last 10,000 miles or so without a problem; we do have a side exhaust. My understanding is that with a rear exhaust it may or may not work and you would definitely need to cut out a section near the exhaust.
