RVI3 Command Tablet not Charging Correctly

Having an issue with the tablet that goes with my RVI3 braking system. It ran out a battery very quickly when I was using it plugged into a 2.4 amp USB charger so I shut it off and plugged it into a wall socket with their charger. After an hour it had charged some but when I turned it on and went to the battery charge screen under settings. The battery went from 53% to 40% within a couple of minutes so I had to shut it off again.

On their web site they mention when the Hub won't charge correctly to unplug from the USB and hit the reset. The tablet has a reset button as well but there is no mention of it on their web site so I don't want to use it unless I know what it does.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Hoping someone might have some information that would help over this weekend as I plan to call them on Monday for discussion.

Spoke to the company this morning. They couldn't figure out what it was doing as they gave me instructions over the phone. New tablet has been shipped and is due for delivery on Friday. Other than this issue, the overall system seems to work well with the test drive I took. First trip coming up.
