Hi Just a quick update on pulling our new Aura. Did a 700 mile trip and all went well. Checked battery voltage before we left and checked about 1/2 hour after arrival. Leaving showed 12.6 volts and showed 12.4 after arriving. No charge line only pulled fuse # 43 in the engine fuse box.

Don, I too have an 07 Aura. My book tells me to pull the ign. sensor, which is located on the passenger side of the consol. I pull the fuse and put the ign. in acc. and have had no problems.
Just wondering what is the difference.

Hi,
The book does say to pull the ign sensor fuse but on the advice of our service manager we were told to pull #43 under the hood. Apparently info came from saturn Canada. Told that voltage is further reduced by pulling #43 So far so good, my Aura pulls nicely with a towing weight of 1710 KBG,s(3770lbs) with fuel and all the stuff in the trunk
