Just purchased a 09 Saturn Vue XE FWD with the Preferred accesories package. The package supposedly included bluetooth for cell phone use through the vehicle radio speakers. The saleman, brochure, and GM/Saturn web site all clearly led me to believe I was getting what I paid for. A call to GM's customer relations confirmed that the vehicle is not bluetooth capable, and further that the brochure and web site information is incorrect. They dumped the whole thing back to the dealer. I am trying to resolve the issue with the dealer, but am not holding my breathe.
