I set mine to "Wish I had an SMI"

While I wait to get the other installed it is set at 3 as it is the only level that works. It is also the level that my polling has determined to be the overwhelming favorite.

Yes it does. However, I am in no way an expert. I would do a search in this forum on both BrakeBuddy and SMI Air Force One. You will find more information than you can probably digest in one evening.

BB has a successful history and many happy customers which is one reason why I bought it. However, customer service has fallen off after an acquisition. Dirk seems to know all on this topic.

Again, I am frustrated w/my product but, there are many happy customers on this forum alone.

5 on a scale of 1 to 7. This setting does not engage the BB when I use the exhaust brake.

For Me it was the easiest to get started!!!!

I could not find an installer in my area!!!!!

I have had my 'Fill' of Snow Bank Mechanic when I owned my trucks.

So I am still looooking but for now the 'Brake Buddy' Works.

No I don't!

I have had good luck with my BB Vantage, and I have heard from others that BB's customer service is not what it used to be.
