I've got a stay n play, and I like it a lot, until the cable coming out of the cylinder broke.

I tried today to call SMI and get some parts to fix it, but thier phone numbers, both regular and tollfree, are not in service.

I sent an email, anyone know what's going on?
They are a sponsor here, right?

That is the number I tried, and it is in fact working again.

Seems I have to send my air cylinder back to have a new cable installed.
The original cable snapped off even though it was installed exactly according to the directions.

Unfortunately, since I bought the unit used, there is no warrantee.
