Jim, How did you disable key lock. I have 06 Jeep Wrangler

Sparky, here's the thread, with pictures. Applies to TJ Wranglers, mine is a 2000.
disable steering lock?

It was not tremdendously hard, and continuing kudos to someone here for showing my the way.

Jim, Thanks again for thread info on Jeep lock! Took about 45 mins. Mine had tamper proof Torx screws holding lock mechanism, had to break pin in center of fastener , Torx # 10. Not to hijack thread. sorry!
