1st of all---did you follow instructions in owners manual? transmitter & monitor must be programmed as a set. since you didn't say what error messages your receiving, there could be many reasons for not working.

I suggest you call Mike Cannon @Roadmaster (800-669-9690 ext. 155)
for assistance. he designed these PITA brake controllers.

I'll also be calling him soon--mine doesn't work sometimes either.

thanks two slides,
here's what I've been told concerning the EvenBrake I have ( 9400). Everything came on and said ready to test. the test worked,"test is good ,system ready" Break-away works when pin is pulled but the brakes don't work when you apply the RV brakes going down the road. any suggestions?
Good luck with your call to Mr.Cannon at Roadmaster. he hasn't returned my installer's call since Weds redtop
