tire pressure monitor

just had an alarm go off last week on the toad tire alarm while driving with my cheapy monitor system, and sure enogh my front tire was almost flat. best 25.00 i spent. i otherwise wouln't have known it.

I have to assume you meant $250. If not, please advise where to get a $25 tpms.

It really amazes me that more people don't run with this device, no matter what the price. It literally will save a tire ($300), the fiberglass surround ($1000) and possibly your life(priceless). The same folks who won't use a TPS will eagerly plop down hundreds for the latest flat screen TV.

I suspect that a single TPM sensor for one wheel is $25. Since they already have the receiver and sensor on the RV, they added monitors for the toad wheels as well.

I have sensors on both the RV and toad. The tires on the toad ($250) are almost as expensive as the RV tires ($300).

OK........ whats a good manufacturer of a system.....I have nothing now on my coach or toad...........I feel so NAKED !........LOL

I use TST system (Truck System Technologies).

i have been using the older tst truck system for about 2 years. it works. there is a newer system available now with replaceable batteries in the sensors.

After having a flat and ruining the tire, and inner fender on our toad, I'm in the market for a system as well. Any suggestions besides the aforementioned TST?

i bought a set called secutire off of ebay for 20.00 and 5.00 shipping. no frills just tire pressure switch when drops below 28#
