This was a also a tough decision for us. We have a 2004 Buick Rendezvous that we love. It weighs in at 4200 lbs. I was looking at tow dollies but after reading so many posts about the checking of the hold down straps, getting the vehicle on the dolly and sometime performing these activities in the rain we decided to go with the Remco Lube pump. I am getting the pump installed at a Remco dealer for $1260 which also includes wiring the dash mounted alarm in the coach and wiring the toad lights. I purchased a Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain tow bar and baseplate from AdventureRv.net for $1200. The dealer that is installing the lube pump is also a Roadmaster dealer. They will install my baseplate for $150.When it's all said and done, it will cost us about $2500. We will not have the extra aggravation of the aforementioned items plus I will not have to worry about storing the tow dolly at home or while on the road.Best of luck and happy rving.
