Toad question

We currently have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee as our toad and it has served us well - easy to hook up and tow. We have been thinking about a new Grand Cherokee, but in looking at the 2011 Dinghy Towing guide from Motorhome magazine, the new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee towing looks like a nightmare to get ready to tow. Don't know why Chrysler would change from a simple system to a very complex one. Anyone have a 2011 Grand Cherokee as a toad and care to comment - easy or difficult? Thanks.

One consideration is that your existing stuff that is mounted to your Jeep will not fit on the new Jeep. It is a totally different frame configuration than yours. We checked. We decided to keep our trusty diesel until the next (diesel) one comes out.
