Toad Question

Thinking of Chevy S10 or Colorado for Toad. Any thoughts on that?

On the occasion of your first post...

Can't help with towing these trucks, but someone will be right along with some details and suggestions.

Best luck

I think they are towable 4 down if 4WD. I am sure someone will come along with a more definite answer.

You can also check the FMCA dingy towing list, or Remco's listings for transmission pumps.

Questions about the Colorado appear in a number of threads on this forum. My advice is to browse the forum for threads that look as if they apply. You can also perform a search using the box at the top of the page. I've done that for you; here is a link to the results of a search for posts containing the terms "Chevy" and "Colorado," for all of iRV2, not just this forum.

Once you've done that, the information you collect to determine what it may take to tow a vehicle is:

1) owner's manual for that model and year (usually available online)
2) the Motorhome Magazine dinghy towing guide for that year
3) application charts from the Roadmaster, Blue Ox and Demco Web sites

This should get you started.
