It has been mentioned on other posts about TPMS systems that have sensors that screw onto the valve stem and needing steel valve stems so the sensors don't cause rubber stems to break off or be the cause of valve stem leaks. Not sure if it is that big of a problem but it may be worth installing steel stems, I did, just to be safe.
