We have an automatic 1995 Ford mustang. How could this be towed? All wheels down, by back wheels, by front wheels or on a small trailer? We are not able to disconnect the transmission (I think that is what we were told) si what would be the options? Thank you all in advance for any information you can give me. Sorry we own a 2001 Damon Intruder Class A.

All down you need a drive shaft disconnect, tow dolly with rear wheels down you still need a drive shaft disconnect, tow dolly with front wheels down no good with weight swinging. Maybe a trailer?

If the driveshaft disconnect is not possible, then the trailer is your only way

ORVP, You can check with Remco to see if they if they have a Lube Pump for that model Ford. You can go on line and check Remco Lube Pumps. I have used one on 1997 Dodge Caravan and now on a 2009 Ford Escape. It's the simplest way to tow four down.

I know of two driveshaft disconnects that failed, both friends lost transmissions due to it. Another friend had a Chrysler van, put a lube pump on it. The pump failed, no alarm was noted, another transmission gone.
