Not according to Honda, but there are people doing it. Got a letter on Honda letterhead saying the '05 Ody WAS towable four down. So we had the ODY set up for it. A few months later Honda said our '05 Odyssey wasn't towable four down and paid us $2,200 to pay for the towing gear we had installed. Went to a dolly, then saw people towing them anyway, even some newer ones. So, I parked the dolly and went back to four down. Ody was still going good when I sold it about a month ago with 108,000+ on the odometer and another 30,000-35,000 towing four down.
Friends had a '10 Ody and they rowed it with no problem.

Have found one at a good price but can't verify beyond Remco that it is towable?

According to this owner's manual, (p. 407) it's not really towable 4 down.

Officially from Honda it's not towable , but there are a ton of them out there being towed every day , you have to follow the emergency towing procedure outlined in the manual .

This from the manual, pg. 407 "With the front wheels on the ground,
do not tow the vehicle more than 50
miles (80 km), and keep the speed
below 35 mph (55 km/h)
."

No more than 50 miles, below 35 mph doesn't sound too towable to me.

And unofficially it is towable and is done. The '05 and up to at least '10 models were official "not towable" but a lot of us did and are still doing it with no trouble. My '05 Ody had 108,000 miles on the meter and another 35,000 towing with no problems other than add'l brake wear from the braking system.

Thanks Mr D.
I think I'm going to punt on it, and start looking for a Jeep it's pretty cut and dry. I don't want to toast a tranny or motor.
