Has anyone set up a 2015 SRX for flat tow??

Yes it's a 2015 SRX FWD Performance collection, we got it all set up today and manual says push down button under gear shift boot then switch to neutral but nothing tells you that you have disengaged the transmission

Sounds like a good question for the dealer/service manager where you purchased/maintain the vehicle.
