I agree! Don't tow it without brackets that attach to the frame. I use Blue Ox on my Jeep. Simple to use and safe.

stevertx, looks good just need safety cables, wiring for lights and a brake system.

Yes that is a great setup for your towbar. Exactly how I towed my 2000 Wrangler for many miles. As was mentioned above get good safety cables and a braking system. The jeep is also easy to put extra tail light bulbs in stock housing so you have a separate lighting system for towing. Good luck and enjoy.
