How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

The family "Motor Coach Tow-able" is a great list.. Remco Rv towing makes a transmission pump for lots of automatics to convert them to tow-able, so they also have a good list.. Never ask a carsalesman, they just donot deal with the issue very often so they do not know. If buying a car check the owners manual under recreational towing. If in doubt ask more questions here.

An easy way to find out is go to the mfg. web site and look at the manual for the exact model you are interested in. Go to the Recreational towing section. It will tell you everything you need to know.

Every car manual shows the Tow Truck operator how that vehicle can be towed. It shows you with pictures too.
