Tow Dollys

I am looking for a tow dolly to put my Nissan Altima on. And was wondering if there is a place here that will give me some sort of ratings on the different ones out there? Or does anyone know another web site that will tell me what manufactures to looks at or better yet ones to stay away from?
Thanks in advance..............KJD

Some of the RV magazines might have a "best of" article...but no one will know your needs like you.

There are probably more expert opinions on iRV2 than in any magazine staff...so I say pick a model and ask here for opinions. Dolly users/owners are a loyal bunch and there are many different type dollies, so there are many questions you could ask.

Just do an internet search for tow dolly manufacturers to see some names, like Demco, Master Tow, Acme, Stehl, American, and Landgrieb. Dollies come with and without brakes (hope you get brakes) and with and without steering. They run from just over 400lb to over 1000lb and have a wide variety of GVWR.

I have an Acme Eze-tow because of its simplicity, low weight, price point, and ease of maint.

Best luck
