Tow hitch?

I have a 1990 Lumina that I am towing with my motor home on a dolly. When off the dolly I would like to tow the dolly with the Lumina! But it has no bumper to speak of and has not much frame work under the car. I was wondering if there was something simple that I could hook to the truck lid or strap affair like the bike racks that could work to put a ball on to tow my empty dolly around?

It has a very good bumper (Hidden) and frame work (Or should have) you can have a dealer install a 1 1/4 (I think that is the size) receiver which can take a ball hitch and is more than strong enough to tow an empty dolly.
