With a 40' Monaco, anyone got any tips on towing a 2000 Buick LeSabre?

To answer your question generally

1-Make sure itts towable 4 up,2 up 2 down,4 down
and which suits your preferences
2-Research towing bar choices....
3-Towing doesnt seem to matter (for me) what length RV you have. Its pretty much all the same

Tips? there are lots of issues and tips, youll just have to start with specific questions. That will be alot easier to get answers on i think

I'd call GM, that way you can find out FOR SURE what you can and can't do.

Try the Remco web site for information about towing that vehicle. They'll have the baseplates and everything you need if it is towable.
Safe travels

I'd bet if you called GM 3 times with the same question you could very easily get 3 different answers.

Go with the REMCO site as far as the towing part.

You will have to put it on a dolly or for 4 down add a $850 lube pump for the transmission.
