I don't think towing behind a Tiffin Red would be any different then any other tow vehicle.

As long as it doesn't weigh over your allowed towing of 3,500 lb.
  • GAWR – Front: 12,000 Lb.
  • GAWR – Rear: 17,500 Lb.
  • GVWR: 29,500 Lb.
  • GCWR: 33,000 Lb.
And can be towed 4 down or on dolly by the manufacture.
You are good to go.

That Miata could be towed by a lawn mower it is so light. I towed a 2000 for a bunch of miles and no problems. It was just a great car to tow. I traded for a 2010 Miata last week and will start installing the Roadmaster base plates tomorrow. This Miata is a six speed, and I doubt if it weighs much more than the old one. The new one has an aluminum engine block, hood and trunk lid, so that offsets the slightly larger body. Just watch the difference in heights between the hitch and tow bar. You might need a drop receiver.

Flat Towing my 6 speed for 5000 miles so far. No issues.

Not sure about towing the 5 speed.
