Towing 4 down

Does anyone know if a 2013 Ford Flex can be towed 4 down
I am thing about up grading my 1999 explorer

Here is some info:
2010-2013 Ford Flex (Fwd/Awd) (Crossover)

Flat Tow Automatic only
All-Wheel drive/Intelligent 4Wd vehicles cannot be towed on a dolly
Maximum speed with automatic transmission is 55 mph (Start the engine and allow it to run for five minutes at the beginning of each day and every six hours thereafter)

The 2013 Motorhome Towing Guide lists the Ford Flex as 4-down towable with the following restrictions:


65MPH max towing speed,
Run engine at beginning of

day for 5 minutes (shift into
DRIVE, then REVERSE and NEUTRAL)
and every 6 hours thereafter.
