We flat towed a 94 Honda Accord for 5 years. Ours was a stick shift. Just put it in neutral and go. Is yours an automatic? You need to have a baseplate installed on the car, something to attach the tow bar to. You need to have it wired for brake lights, and in most states you need supplemental braking.

Our tow car now is a CR-V and it's an automatic. Have to run it through the forward gears and then put it in neutral. Your's might be similar. God luck.
