Towing a 2013 chevy equinox

HI, I AM PREPARING THE EQUINOX FOR TOWING BUT HAVE RUN INTO TWO PROBLEM AREA'S. THE FIRST IS DRILLING A HOLE THROUGH THE FIREWALL OR FINDING A PLACE TO RUN THE BRAKE DISCONNECT WIRE AND POWER WIRE FOR THE RVi BRAKE AND SECOND IS INSTALLING THE RELAY FOR THE BRAKE SWITCH. I AM CONCERNED ABOUT MESSING UP THE ELECTRONICS ON THE BRAKE CIRCUIT AS IT IS NOT LIKE ANY OTHER VEHICLE I HAVE OWNED WHERE THE BRAKE RELAY IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND SIMPLE. IF ANYONE HAS DONE THIS ON THIS VEHICLE I NEED YOUR HELP. ALSO HOW DO YOU ACCESS THE SWITCH BEHIND ALL THOSE DASH PANELS. AS YOU KNOW WHEN THE RVi BRAKE IS ACTIVATED IT PUSHES THE BRAKE WHICH WILL ACTIVE THE BRAKE LITES. IF THE BRAKE LITES ARE NOT DISCONNECTED AT THE SWITCH YOU WILL HAVE THE MOTOR HOME BRAKE LITES AND THE EQUINOX BOTH PROVIDING POWER TO THE BRAKE LITES WHICH IS NOT GOOD AS YOU WILL HAVE NO TURN SIGNALS WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED.
THANKS, MOE

Can't speak to the rvi brake or relay but I wired my lights with the blue ox kit with 4 diodes in mine. Easy install. Ran front to back under car.
