I do t believe any BMWs are toable four down but check you manual to be sure.
Second, what is the towing capacity of the Class B? You need to stay within the rated towing capacity AND the GCVWR.

He didn't ask if the BMW is towable. He asked if the Mercedes diesel rv can tow it.

Strictly a matter of weight, not whether it's a BMW or a Yugo. I don't know the GCWR and tow ratings of his RV, but he needs to look them up and then compare to the BMW wight. A "small" BMW, e.g. a 318i, weighs in around 3000 lbs, so ought to be be towable with most any coach (assuming the BMW is towable at all).

Manual tranny BMWs are probably towable, but not automatics and maybe not the hybrid either.

As others stated, it's about weights... FWIW, we tow a Suby Forester (3300#-ish) behind our Coachmen Prism on a 2015 M-B Sprinter chassis. Almost 6k miles this season, including NH to CO Rockies. Handles it fine, using Ready Brute Elite system. ST

Two and a Hound in a 2015 Prism "B+", pushed by a 2009 Suby Forester.
1st 50 done, working on the 2nd pass! Somewhere over 150k miles to date
