I'm new to Rving and will soon start towing my 2005 Chevy Avalanche with my class A motorhome. I have the M&G braking system with everything ready to tow next week. The question is what fuses need to be pulled while towing?
Any help is appreciated.

I don't believe any fuses need to be pulled on that vehicle.

The owners manual will spell out the process.

I tow a 05 Tahoe 4x4 and I just put the transfer case in neutral and that will unlock the steering wheel and you can pull the keys!! No fuse needs to be pulled. It will spell it out in the owners manual. Good Luck JP

Look under Recreational Towing in the owner manual. All GM vehicles will have that section and it spells out the procedure (if any) for towing that model behind an RV. If not possible, it will say so.

Unfortunately, they have been known to have errors from time to time... mine identified the wrong fuse to pull and our battery went dead until GM figured it out.

Check the owner's manual. I tow an 04 4x4 Avalanche 1500. No key in iginition, steering wheel stays unlocked. No need to pull fuses just put transfer case in netural.
