Towing a motorcycle on a tandem dolly alone

Anyone in the community towing a motorcycle occasionally with a tandem tow dolly? I'm considering buying a dolly from Langrebe in Indiana to tow my Honda VTX 1800. I will be pulling the bike behind a 2014 Entegra Aspire or my Lincoln Mark Lt. My only concern is the stability of the dolly without the car attached. Any thoughts?

just sold my race city tandem tow XL, I noted that the tongue weight over the top with just the bike on it, I did tow it a few times with just the bike on it, no problems,
