I have never heard of a Toyota Tundra being towed 4 down, what does the owners book say. I checked the FMCA tow guides and they don't show any in the years I checked that is towable , you could a 2 WD with a drive shaft disconnect.
You can use about any tow bar as long as it's rated high enough, I use a 10,000 Blue Ox tow bar for our F150 that is close to 6000 lb .
