We just purchased a new Avalache. Is anyone towing one?

According to Remco Topwing, if you got the 4WD model that has a transfer case with a neutral position, it tows 4-down. If it is the 2WD version it is not towable 4-down, so you would have to use a dolly.

I agree with Gary, It must have the 4 wheel drive version with transfer case neutral. If it is the AWD version it can't be towed unless modified. Not sure what those modifications are. I have 2011 Sierra GMC pickup with 4 WD. Most of the new Avalanches I Looked at prior to purchasing the truck had the AWD option.
