towing Buick enclave

I have a 2012 Buick enclave. All wheel drive. Everything I have read on the internet says that It cannot be done, but I have a circular from my GM dealer that says this can be done 4 down if two fuses are pulled and it is hitched up properly and put in neutral. I am towing this with an Alleggro Bus, 40 foot with 425 Cummings diesel and Allison 6 speed. I saw one being towed in Fla, same car, same color, same everything. Any comments would be appreciated. going to California in a few weeks. More comfort for wife and dog in the Enclave that in the wrangler.

We used to tow an '08 Enclave. On that model, you put it in neutral, key in accessory or on (I forget), and I pulled one fuse. Had a Blue Ox baseplate on it.

Hi we just towed a2013 south to Arizona. We had to pull 3 fuses, a 50 amp one in the fuse box under the hood and 2 15 amp fuses in the battery compartment. Worked well

Best to read owners manual. I believe you will find that it says you can tow 4 down. Many do so now in Buick, GMC or Chev versions of powertrain. Also check Remco website.

Tow a 2010 AWD Enclave. Have done so for 10,000+ miles. No problems. In the 2010, you need to pull one fuse. I installed a 50 amp switch behind the grill to disconnect the power. Works great. Have pics if you want.

I don't know if the Enclave is available with front wheel drive instead of all wheel drive? If so, that may be what you are reading as the front wheel drive probably wouldn't be towable 4 down.
