towing flat bed with a sxs polaris

What I'm thinking is towing a chev s10 type truck with a flat bed so I can take the side by side with us..........problem is I'm limited to 5000 lbs............side by side weights 1500 lbs ,,,so the truck must be under 3500 lbs and be able to haul 1500 lbs......anybody know how much a small truck weights? thanks

Right around 3500 pounds. I pulled one for 5 years. If you need exact weights call your local Chevy dealer. You'll probably need helper springs in the rear. The truck tends to squat when loaded to less than max GVW.
