Towing Ford feista

I purchased a Feista for the purpose of towing it 4 down. the manual says we can do it they make it sound difficult. I have an Even Brake, roadmaster
issued a special note on Fords that I don't understand. Has anyone set up a Feista with Roadmaster tow bar and the Even Brake? Have any pointers?

I don't see anything in the Roadmaster 2012/2013 Fiesta Note that applies to an Evenbrake installation, except possibly the need for a separate 12v outlet. The note deals primarily with the Brakemaster system rather than Evenbrake, and with wiring to the stop light switch, which also does not apply to Evenbrake.
