Towing Honda HRV

I finally found the written instructions on towing the manual 6 speed transmission Honda HRV. It was on the CD manual that comes with the car not in the printed one. I was concerned about how the keyless start and the steering wheel lock would work. You push the start/stop switch once without your foot on the brake. This puts the car in accessory mode. I just wanted to get written that it can be towed. Speed limit is 65 mph. I just ordered my new toad.

You are talking towed flat 4? Is this the front or awd model (or both). Any distance limits?

It can be towed 4 wheels down. It only comes FWD with a 6 speed. There is no distance mentioned only 65 mph speed limit.

We've had only one vehicle that wasn't a Honda since 1988 and that was a '97 Jeep GC. Our '05 Ody is still going strong but I was kind of wanting to downsize to a '16 CR-V. But have to take Honda off our list since I refuse to drive a stick anything now and the DW can't drive one.
So, in the meantime I'll replace the timing belt, water pump and plugs, a $1,600 job at the dealers
