Looks to me that as long as you satisfy the requirements as stated in 20. Vehicles in tow, you should be allowed to enter and drive NJTP. When I get the opportunity to drive it I will let you all know if I find out differently. Probable not a bad idea to print a copy of this and have it on hand so if you encounter LE on the pike you have something to reference to support your thoughts on the matter. Being in LE for over 30 years I can say being polite to LE (even if you encounter a rude officer) when discussing laws goes a long way and will help to avoid conflict. Bottom line is what LE states at the moment is "correct" regardless of your interpretation of the "rules of the road." Don't sweat the little things in life. If you disagree, let it roll off your back and know in your mind that what you are doing at that moment is much more fun and enjoyable than what they are doing! Little pun from one LE RVr on the road to the on the clock LE. Be safe!
