The rating on the hitch should be stamped right on it. I suspect the rating for the coach is the 10,000 you found on the big yellow sticker next to the driver's chair, but that does not guarantee they put a 10k rated hitch on it. The max is also subject to the Gross Combined Weight rating so it is important to know what your rig weighs, ready to travel, too.
As for calling Fleetwood, I agree, but you'll get the information you need faster with the FIN number (Fleetwood Identification Number), which should also be displayed on that big yellow sticker. They can find the FIN if you only have the VIN, but it will slow you down a little bit.
