Oh wow wow wow. Check list, I live my mine. After I'm done and think I'm ready, I go through it again.
I'm sorry to hear of your incident. Insurance may be a stretch. Good luck and let us know what the end result is.

Good reminder! The worst I have done so far with my Jeep was to leave the emergency brake slightly pulled. I drove about a half mile before I remembered.

I need to make a checklist!
