Towing the Toyota Tacoma

I am interested in towing a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab Pickup with Automatic Transmission 4x2, but was told by the local dealer that these vehicles can only be transported by flatbed trailer-NO wheels on the ground! Is anyone towing this, or similar vehicle, with/without modification? Can it be towed with the Remco Transmission Lube Pump, or Remco Driveshaft Disconnect without voiding the warrantee?

Remco's web page has an application chart, for equipment required for towing 4 down.
If the warrantee is voided, that is up to the vehicle manufacturer .
If Remco doesn't list the vehicle chances are it can't be towed.

You will have to ask Toyota if towing with a lube pump or disconnect is going to be a problem with the transmission warranty. They are the only ones who can answer that.

Remco doesn't make lube pumps for this vehicle and recommends a driveshaft disconnect. Remco Drive Shaft Couplings (a different company) shows no listing for a 2013 Tacoma but invites you to call about availability.
